John Gilligan Serving as Daily Settlement Officer

Gilligan, Frisco, Trutanich & Sarris, LLP own John J. Gilligan, CFLS has regularly volunteered his time to serve as a Daily Settlement Officer at the Los Angeles Superior Court – Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Mr. Gilligan, in his role as neutral settlement officer will meet with the parties and their attorneys to assist the parties in evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the case and provide the parties with an opportunity to reach an agreement using a problem-solving approach.
