John Gilligan Chairs Sub-Committee

Gilligan, Frisco, Trutanich & Sarris, LLP own John J. Gilligan is a member of FLEXCOM (Family Law Section Executive Committee) and chairs the Sub-Committee on Rules and Statutes which proposes new legislation relating to family law issues to the legislators and judiciary in Sacramento.  Currently, he is assisting with legislation relating to the issue of date of separation in light of the holding of the recent case, In re Marriage of Davis (2015) 61 Cal.4th 846, 189 Cal.Rptr.3d 835.
