John Gilligan Acting as Family Law Temporary Judge

Gilligan, Frisco, Trutanich & Sarris, LLP is proud to announce that John J. Gilligan has been selected to act as a Family Law Temporary Judge for the Los Angeles Superior Court – Central District to assist with the processing of Judgments to reduce the backlog, and provide for a quicker turnaround time to have Judgments entered. The Superior Court is creating a specialized temporary judge program that allows temporary judges to sign stipulated and uncontested judgments through the Central District. Mr. Gilligan will undergo training with Judge Thomas Trent Lewis, the Supervising Judge of Family Law at the Los Angeles Superior Court – Central District, on July 21, 2017 relating to his appointment as a temporary judge.
